Yellow Doily Veil

This headpiece harkens back to my roots as a headpiece maker. If you are new here, I started Rightful Owner designing crowns. I really love this piece because I mix high and low art, or high and low fashion. Here a doily might be considered crafty, or shabby chic, but I elevate it to create a dramatic headpiece that is chic and modern. It is sewn to a comb that fits in to your bun. I crowned the veil with three hand sewn red linen rosettes. I cannot wait to see who chooses this truly one of a kind headpiece. As this piece is hand made, it is delicate, it should be stored in a dry place and never washed.
