One of a Kind Twirly Blouse

This one of a kind blouse is made from vintage Irish lace that my aunt gave to me. It is made for a size small but can be adjusted to fit either a size xsmall or medium. Please leave in the comments what size you would like! This is a truly special piece it will be very exciting to see who the Rightful Owner will be!
