This dress is like the sunshine! I am wearing it with a black bathing suit, but it can be worn in a much more modest way. You could easily put a yellow, white, black or nude slip underneath. There is so much work that goes into making the bow and the ruffle on this dress, it's a true piece for anyones wardrobe. This on is a size medium, but could fit a size small.
